Telenor Denmark is constantly developing its network and services to improve customer satisfaction.
The brand Telenor Denmark was launched in June 2009 when Sonofon and Cybercity merged. Telenor Group bought Sonofon in June 2000 and Cybercity in May 2005.

CBB Mobil A/S was established in 2000 and acquired by Telenor Danmark Holding A/S in 2004. At the end of 2010, the customer base was more than 450 000 subscribers. The company has approximately 80 employees and its headquarters are located in Rødovre, near Copenhagen.

Mobile operator BiBoB was launched in 2007 and acquired by Telenor Group on May 5, 2009. The company provides prepaid mobile telephony via the Internet and offers a variety of self-developed services and applications, such as:
- BiBoB SMS, a desktop SMS sender.
- BiBOSS, which enables users to easily manage multiple accounts.
BiBoB has more than 100 000 customers in Denmark. BiBoB has 11 full-time employees and shares offices with CBB Mobil in Rødovre outside Copenhagen.

In Denmark, Canal Digital provides households with television, IP telephony and internet services.
Canal Digital broadcasts on all platforms: satellite, cable, broadband and digital terrestrial television. It is a holding company, fully owned by Telenor since 2001.
